Training with Ash has been a game-changer. From day one, he designed a program tailored to my body type, goals, and fitness level. As a dancer, he understood exactly which muscle groups I needed to strengthen and created a plan that never felt generic. His deep knowledge of anatomy meant he could identify weak points, teach me proper muscle activation, and answer any questions about soreness or recovery. He even recommended stretches for post-dance muscle tension and is skilled in stretch and massage therapy.
Beyond the gym, Ash guided me on nutrition and calorie intake, telling me exactly how much protein and calories I needed to hit my body fat goals, with a shared app to track my meals.
